Cyclists competing in the OVO Energy Tour of Britain will be passing through Southwell on Wednesday 6th September between 11am and 1pm on Stage 4 of the tour from Mansfield to Newark.
The main viewing hub is at The Burgage with a giant screen, icecreams, cycle shop, toilets and food tasting
I addition King Street will be pedestrianised for the lunchtime
There will also be good views at Saracen’s Head and Allenby Road corners, along with Halam Road, Allenby Road, Westgate, Church St, Newark Road and Station Road
Come along and enjoy the buzz of this international, televised, cycling race!
Parking: There is car parking in each of the established car parks around the town but there are additional parking spaces at Southwell Rugby Club and at Reg Taylor’s Garden Centre in Normanton.
